The performance of the Nuova machine drops. Although settings look good!
It must sound familiar: packs are not eviscerated well and a lot of manual handling is needed after the Nuova machine. You checked the basic settings, but packs still drop in the bin before transfer in the intestine pack shackle.
Often the drawing spoon is bent, worn, has sharp edges, incorrect clamping force or similar problems.
Result: loss of intestine packs, loss of yield and loss of money.
Our solution
In 2023, we began repairing malfunctioning Nuova spoons. Spoons are assessed and repaired to new condition. If the spoon cannot be repaired, there is no charge.

Repair by AVN Technical Services costs € 460,- per spoon, excluding postage.
Please bear in mind buying a new spoon costs around € 2.100,-. Repairs elsewhere often cost around € 1.100,-.

Yes, we guarantee that the returned spoons can be used in your Nuova machine immediately, plug and play, so your production line can run again.

What to do now?
- Collect your rejected spoons
- Add new backplates (nr. 3964857) and new front plates with the spoons
- No limit for the amount you send
- Pack properly and send to AVN Technical Services
Pack the original plate number with the spoons. This number is written on the side of the front part of the spoon, see picture.
